The 500kg/h feed pellet production line is widely used in poultry and livestock aquaculture farming, including chickens, ducks, geese, pigs, cattle, sheep, rabbits, fish and more. It is an ideal solution for family farms, small-scale farms and feed processing points, as well as rural breeding professionals and individual farmers. The line can process a broad range of raw materials such as corn, soybean meal, straw, rice husk, grass powder and various grain husks.
Raw material feeding: Put the raw materials (straw, feed, sawdust, etc.) into the hopper of the 8-axis crusher.
Pulverization and screening: Under the action of high-speed hammers and screens, the materials are crushed into uniform powder or short fibers.
Centrifugal collection: The pulverized materials are sucked in by the fan into the cyclone dust collector and fall into the hopper of the screw conveyor.
Screw conveying: The rotating screw blades lift and convey the materials to the hopper of the granulator.
Granulation: The materials fall onto the rotating mold, and the press rollers rotate continuously and repeatedly press over the material layer. After undergoing high-temperature gelation and protein coagulation, the materials are squeezed into the mold holes and formed into cylindrical particles.
Particle discharge: After being stretched to the length cut by the main shaft cutting knife, the particles are thrown out at the centrifugal speed from the discharge disc to the outlet, completing the granulation process.
This production line adopts a three-stage layout of "crushing → lifting → granulation": The eight-axis crusher first crushes raw materials such as corn, straw, and soybean meal into powder form; the screw elevator continuously and evenly conveys the powder into the feed granulator hopper; the 9KLP-260 feed granulator, through the compression effect of three rollers and wear-resistant grinding discs, forms the powder into smooth-surfaced and moderately hard cylindrical granular feed in one step. The entire machine has a compact structure, is easy to operate and maintain, and can be customized with motor models or diesel engine models according to customer needs.
The rollers are made of high-quality alloy steel and treated through a quenching process, providing excellent wear and heat resistance. A three-roller design is adopted to significantly improve the pelleting and discharging efficiency.
The die plate is constructed from cast steel or cast iron, with die-hole diameters selectable from 2.5 mm to 8 mm. Standard configurations come with 4 mm and 6 mm holes to meet the feed requirements of different animals.
The feed system features an enlarged hopper that reduces the frequency of refilling, while the stainless steel discharge chute is fitted with a cutting-knife device, allowing precise control over the final pellet length.
The transmission adopts an automobile rear-axle type gearbox combined with a universal-joint drive, ensuring high transmission efficiency and smooth, stable operation.
For packaging, the machine is shipped in export-grade wooden cases that are sturdy and shockproof, making them well suited for sea freight and long-distance transportation.
