The WEIWEI 40 rice mill is designed for husking and whitening paddy rice, and also processes millet, corn and soybeans. It removes the hard husk from paddy while preserving the rice germ for better nutrition, and completely separates white rice, broken rice and rice husk so every output can be collected and used. With a compact body of only 24.1 kg, it is ideal for household use, small farms, village milling stations, rice processing plants, food processing enterprises and pastry shops.
Driven by the screw propeller and blocked by the outlet pressure gate, paddy inside the whitening chamber is pressed firmly against the rough milling roller, the rice screen and neighboring grains. This continuous pressure grinds and polishes off the bran layer, while the friction of the roller removes the husk. The removed bran and husk pass through the screen holes and are carried away by airflow, leaving clean polished white rice. Tightening the adjusting nut gives whiter rice; loosening it gives coarser rice — set it properly to avoid extra breakage.
The WEIWEI 40 is a compact, high-efficiency rice milling machine that completes husking, whitening and product separation in one pass. It consists of a large feeding hopper, working room, whitening chamber, grading screen unit, discharge outlets and a sturdy frame. The carbon steel roller and screen are wear-resistant and can mill over 10 tons of rice; the optimized milling system removes the husk completely while keeping grains intact for high rice yield. A baffle at the feed port controls feeding speed, and the adjusting nut controls rice whiteness. With CE/ISO-certified quality from a 40-year factory, the machine offers optional diesel and gasoline versions, making it reliable even in areas without stable electricity.

Packaging
Packed in a wooden box of 83 × 38 × 93 cm. The machine is wrapped in protective film with the hopper secured, suitable for LCL or full container sea shipment. Each order includes an English operation manual and recommended spare screens; color, voltage, frame and power source can be customized for OEM/ODM orders.
