The 9ZF-400-24C is a dual-purpose dry and wet hay chopper, shredder and grinder. It is equipped with a high-speed rotor, replaceable screens and a high-discharge structure. The straw is cut and ground by the hammer blades and knife blades. The output is 400-600 kg/h. It has mobile casters and is compatible with motor or gasoline engine power.

principle

The machine consists of safety cover,2 feeding hoppers,2 outlets,working room, rack, ground wheel and so on.
The workroom consists of main wheel, bearing, triangle blades, circular arc/serrated moving blade, hammer，vane plate and so on.This hay cutter operates by using power to drive the rotor to rotate at high speed. The hay enters the working chamber through the feed hopper and is then cut, struck, and kneaded by the blades and hammer plates. When the material reaches the specified particle size, it is subjected to centrifugal force and the airflow inside the chamber through the screen, and then the high-pressure discharged material is achieved through the built-in fan blades, completing the hay chopping, shredding and crushing process.

This machine is mainly used for cutting corn stalks, bean stalks, cotton stalks, grass and other crop straws, as well as kneading young shoots, tea stalks and grape branches. It can also grind corn, soybeans and other grains. The finished products of this machine are finer than those of other feed pulverizers, and can be made into feed suitable for cattle, sheep, horses, deer and rabbits. It can be used by both farms and households. This equipment can also be used as the front-end processing equipment for producing feed pellets.
