principle

When the rice mill is operating, the motor drives the rice rollers to rotate at high speed within the milling chamber through a reduction device. The rice grains from the feeding hopper are continuously pushed forward in the milling chamber, generating compression. This causes friction and rubbing between the rice grains, the rice rollers, the rice screen, the rice knife, and the grains themselves during their movement. The rice skin is removed, and a mixture of rice bran is formed. The rice bran mixture is discharged through the rice outlet, and the rice flows out through the rice outlet after separation. The rice bran is discharged through another outlet. The flow rate of the rice entering the milling chamber is controlled by the feeding flap located at the feed inlet. The flow rate should match the production capacity of the milling machine. If the flow rate is too large, the milling chamber will become clogged; if the flow rate is too small, production will be reduced.
When the crusher is in operation, the rotating disc attached to the main shaft rotates at high speed, while the teeth claws continuously strike the materials. The stationary disc is completely fixed and does not rotate. The teeth of the stationary disc are offset from those of the rotating disc, forming a narrow grinding gap. Together with the rotating disc, it completes the squeezing and grinding process, preventing the materials from flying out directly and prolonging the grinding path.
The raw materials enter the middle of the two discs with serrated edges. One disc rotates rapidly while the other remains stationary. The materials are constantly struck, torn and ground between the interlaced teeth. After being ground finely, they pass through the screen on the edge and fall out. The unground materials continue to be repeatedly ground.
