Weiwei Machinery builds the liquid addition into the mixer itself. Beside the mixing chamber sits a steel tank for oil or molasses; a small electric pump moves the liquid out of the tank, and a perforated plate inside the chamber breaks it into a fine spray as the paddles turn. The effect is like a shower head — instead of one wet patch, the oil or molasses is rained evenly over the chopped forage and ground grain, so every particle is coated.
Because the liquid enters as a spray and not a pour, the whole batch is blended in one short cycle. Weiwei feed mixers run 50 kg to 1,000 kg batches on a 10–15 minute mix, and the liquid kit is matched to the recipe. The same system handles vegetable oil, molasses, water and liquid supplements, with the spray rate set to the ration — a heavy molasses mix for dairy cows, or a light oil coating to settle dust in a dry grain blend. Tank size, pump, voltage and spray position are configured to order.
