The benefits of regular maintenance: avoid premature wear of accessories, facilitate machine adjustment, and reduce machine depreciation rate

 Regularly check whether bolts and nuts are tight, especially after the first day of operation. If loose, tighten immediately;
2. Before work, you should fully check whether the fasteners in each part are tight. If there are any loose parts, tighten them in time; pay special attention to check the fastening bolts of the moving and fixed knives.
3.The machine should be filled with lubricating oil to the bearings and gears regularly,when add oil ,please clean the  dust, grass, etc.
4. The moving and fixed blades should be kept sharp, if not sharp, please replaced or sharpened in time after blunt use. When sharpening, the moving blades should be sharpen the blade bevel. Each group of moving blades is not recommended to be used together with new and old ones;
5.Check each working part for wear, deformation or damage, if any problem is found, it should be corrected or replaced in time;
6.After finish working, the machine should be left idling for a while to blow off the dust and weeds in the machine, then cut off the power, and remove the debris and dust inside and outside the machine to prevent rust. When it is out of use for a long time, the movable blade should be oiled and rust-proof;
7. The replacement parts must meet the performance standards provided by our factory, please use the original agricultural machinery parts of our factory;
8. The machine must be stored in a dry warehouse to prevent sun and rain.
