The Weiwei soybean thresher does the job in one pass. A 3 kW four-pole single-phase motor turns the threshing drum at a steady speed, giving a clean output of 200–400 kg/h; for field work the same machine can be fitted with a 170 gasoline engine. The whole unit measures 1,250 × 750 × 1,080 mm and weighs about 90 kg, and it sits on wheels, so one person can pull it across the yard or into a shed. Dry pods are poured into the top hopper, and the drum separates the beans from the empty pods.
Breakage is kept low with an adjustable drum clearance and a sieve under the drum that lets whole beans fall through while the pods and light stalks are thrown clear. Although the machine is built for soybeans, it also handles corn and millet, so a farm can thresh its whole crop with one unit instead of buying several machines. The 220V single-phase supply means it plugs into ordinary farm power or a small generator.
Weiwei Machinery has built agricultural machines in Zhengzhou, China since 1980, with CE and ISO9001 certification and the dual WEIWEI / Xingyida brands. Voltage and colour can be customized for your market. For a soybean thresher sized to your farm, contact admin@weiweimachinery.com or WhatsApp +8619838691608.
