The XG-200 paper strip cutting machine is built for exactly that gap. A 750 W copper motor — single-phase 220 V / 50 Hz, so it plugs into an ordinary socket — turns the knife roller through a belt and pulley, and forward rotation keeps the sheet feeding steadily. The roller is set for 0.7 mm strips, so each sheet leaves as a bundle of fine, even paper strips instead of torn scraps. Everything sits on one compact frame in the standard factory colour, and the machine ships in a carton, ready for export.
Inside, the sheet passes between the rotating knife roller and the fixed knife comb. The blades slit the sheet into strips, while the comb rides in the blade grooves and wipes each strip clear, so paper cannot wrap around the roller or clog the cut. That is why the label on the guard is a maintenance rule, not a sales line: at the end of every working day, clean the knife roller so it never clogs, and tighten the knife comb so it stays firmly seated. Keep oil in the bearings and dust out of the cutting zone, and the blades stay sharp and the strips stay clean.
The strips go straight into packaging cushioning for fragile goods, craft weaving and decoration, pet bedding, and garden mulch and cover.
