The 5T-50 grain thresher is built mainly for separating wheat, rice and beans. It also handles barley, sorghum, millet, soybean, rape and corn, so one machine covers the crops a mixed farm grows. The structure is simple, operation is easy and maintenance is straightforward, while efficiency stays high.
While working, the crops are fed in continuously and evenly. Between the rack on the drum and the sieve mesh, the material is rubbed, squeezed, collided and shaken, and the seeds come away from the stems.
The grain falls through the sieve net into the hopper and is then cleaned by the fan, which leaves the grain clean and ready to store. The stems are ejected by the centrifugal action of the drum, and threshing is finished in one pass.
The machine can be driven by an electric motor, a diesel engine or a gasoline engine, so it works both on grid power and in the field. With a capacity of 400-450kg/h and a 25-30mm inlet, it suits small and medium-sized farms that thresh several crops in a season instead of buying one machine per crop.
