This feed pellet production line is designed to process raw materials into finished feed pellets for poultry and livestock. It is widely used to produce broiler, layer and chick starter feed, as well as complete feed for cattle, goats, pigs, rabbits, ducks and geese. The line is suitable for small feed mills, medium farms, agricultural cooperatives and any operation that needs a compact, low-investment solution for converting grain, grass meal, soybean meal, corn powder and other ingredients into uniform pellets.

Raw materials including grain, corn, soybean meal and grass powder go through crushing and mixing in the vertical mixer‑crusher, where large particles are pulverized and all components are evenly blended with optional water or molasses. The mixed feed is then delivered via an inclined screw conveyor to the pellet mill hopper. Inside the flat‑die pellet mill, rotating rollers squeeze conditioned material through die holes to form cylindrical feed pellets, whose length is regulated by an external cutter. Newly‑made pellets are conveyed by a bucket elevator to the cooling‑storage bin for natural cooling and collection for bagging or direct application. The pellet diameter can be changed by interchangeable 3‑8 mm flat dies, while pellet length is adjusted through cutter position.
