Most shelling machines are equipped with professionally customized exhaust devices. Through moderate airflow and uniform distribution, they can precisely separate peanut particles from damaged shells. The adjustable air volume design enables it to adapt to different processing conditions, effectively improving the seed recovery rate and avoiding waste caused by incomplete separation.
Shelling should be carried out according to the process. After the equipment runs stably and normally, the operator should uniformly and continuously feed the peanuts into the feed bin. Inside the equipment, the rotor rotates at high speed, causing the peanut shells to be completely broken under the repeated action of blowing force, friction and collision. Subsequently, under the combined action of rotor impact force and rotating wind pressure, the peanut particles and shell materials are further separated.
This equipment uses a double-sieving process for classification and shelling to ensure the complete removal of shells. Users first use a large-hole sieve to initially remove peanut shells, and then clean the treated material. Then, it is subjected to secondary fine shelling through a small-hole sieve to remove residual shell impurities.
It is worth noting that correctly opening the exhaust port is the key guarantee for achieving effective separation. When opening the exhaust port, the rotating fan generates a stable airflow in the chamber, carrying the light impurities in the peanut shells along with the airflow out of the machine, while the heavier and higher-quality peanuts are retained in the chamber and slowly discharged through a dedicated discharge valve. This scientific method based on airflow separation realizes the automatic and efficient separation of particles and shells, significantly improving the quality and efficiency of peanut processing.
