The new production line is built around Weiwei's proven flat die pellet mill technology, with adjustable die apertures from Φ3 mm to Φ8 mm to suit different animal species and growth stages. Raw materials such as corn, soybean meal, grass powder, and wheat bran are first crushed and mixed in the vertical mixer, then conveyed to the pellet mill for pelleting. After forming, pellets are lifted and transferred to the cooling/storage section for easy bagging or bulk handling. Typical output is suitable for farm-scale and small feed mill operations, and the entire system can be customized by capacity, power source, and layout to match local requirements.
