Different peanut varieties — and different moisture levels — call for different shelling clearances, so the roller-to-screen pressure is set from the top cover with a row of hand knobs: tighten them for small pods, loosen them for large or thinner-shelled ones. Driven by a single-phase motor (1.5 kW on the 360 type, 2.2 kW on the 650 type) through a simple belt drive, the sheller runs on ordinary farm power, and its compact frame is easy to move between the field, the store and the workshop.
Two models are available: the 360 type, weighing about 30 kg and shelling around 300 kg/h, and the 650 type, an 85 kg machine rated at about 800 kg/h for seasonal contract shelling and small trading yards. Both share the same adjustable-roller design and belt-drive layout, so daily upkeep stays minimal.
