The MFJ-420 wood hammer mill is designed to crush a wide range of raw materials, including logs, board scraps, bamboo, twigs, straw, palm leaves and other agricultural and forestry residues. The finished material is widely used in garden fertilizers, flower and plant cultivation, biomass fuel, pellet machine powder, paper-making, edible fungi, animal breeding and bedding, machine-made charcoal, and the preparation section of artificial board production.
Turn on the switch and feed the raw material from the inlet. Straw is fed through the forage inlet and cut first by the ARC blade, while wood is fed through the wood inlet and cut by the moving knives on the rotating cutter disc. After the material enters the machine body, the hammers hit it at high speed, and together with the high-speed airflow generated by the rotor, the material is crushed twice — blade cutting plus hammer impact — greatly improving efficiency. The finished powder is smaller than the screen holes and is ejected through the discharge port. The final particle size is controlled by the screen (3 / 6 / 8 / 10 / 12 / 16 / 20 mm).
WEIWEI MFJ-420 is a wood hammer mill (wood crusher) built by Zhengzhou Weiwei Machinery, a manufacturer with over 40 years of experience. Compared with the regular model, the MFJ-420 adds a grass-cutting device with one more inlet and an ARC blade, so it can process both wood and straw/grass. The machine consists of a feeding device, chip-removing device, grinding device, blower and protective cover, featuring a thickened manganese-steel casing, widened hopper, dynamically balanced core, alloy blades and a cast-steel cutter disc. Driven by an 11 kW electric motor with a 424 mm cutter disc and 2600 r/min main shaft, it delivers 0.8–1.5 t/h output. Packaging
For safe sea transportation, the MFJ‑420 machine is partially disassembled. The main unit, motor, hopper and cutter disc are cleaned and wrapped with protective film, then packed into a plywood case or reinforced iron‑frame crate. Screens, blades and other small accessories are separately packed with moisture‑proof treatment, suitable for both LCL and full container load shipments. Every shipment comes with an English operation manual, standard tools and recommended spare parts, and custom labeling as well as shipping marks can be provided for OEM/ODM orders.
