The MFJ series uses high-speed alloy hammers and a changeable screen to control output fineness, typically 3–10 mm, matching the needs of ring-die and flat-die pellet machines. A wide inlet, overload protection and easy-access screen make daily cleaning and maintenance simple, while the robust steel housing suits continuous workshop running. It pairs directly with WEIWEI dryers, pellet mills, coolers and packers for a full turnkey plant.
Beyond wood, the same crusher handles crop residues such as corn stalks and rice husks, helping farms and energy plants turn low-value waste into uniform, transportable raw material. As with all WEIWEI equipment, the MFJ is made under ISO9001 with CE certification and draws on about 19 national patents and four decades of machinery manufacturing.
