The 380 cylinder crusher is a compact vertical-drum machine. A 2.2–3 kW electric motor spins the rotor at 2,880 r/min and pushes roughly 300–600 kg/h of raw material through a screen that sets the final particle size — change the screen and you change how coarse or fine the feed comes out. It stands 640 × 510 × 1040 mm and weighs just 49 kg, light enough for one person to lift into a pickup or wheel through a barn door, and it runs on an ordinary electric supply.
The checks on the test bench are practical, not cosmetic. The operator feeds wet forage and dry straw in turn and watches for an even discharge and a steady motor note. The rotor and blades are balanced so the machine runs without vibration; the screen is fitted and removed; the chamber is opened on its latch for cleaning; and the bearings are checked for play. Only units that pass every check get their final paint and are packed one to a wooden crate, ready for a sea container.
The 380 cylinder crusher is built for small and medium farms and for home use. It chops and pulverizes wet or dry forage, baled hay, pasture grass, oat and wheat straw, corn, whole corn cobs and legume crops into feed for cattle, sheep, horses, deer and rabbits, and it can also serve as the front-end crusher of a feed pellet line. Zhengzhou Weiwei Machinery has manufactured agricultural, animal husbandry and forestry machinery since 1980, with CE and ISO9001 certification across its main products. Farmers and dealers who want to see a load test on their own material — or who want a batch reserved ahead of the season — are welcome to contact the factory or watch the machines online.
