Because the output is finely crushed, the processed product is suitable for ruminant animals and pigs to consume. Ruminants such as cattle and sheep take the fine forage cleanly with less sorting and less waste, while pigs — which have a single stomach and need finely ground feed to digest efficiently — can take the same crushed material without a second machine. For the grain side, the 780-30's self-priming feed pipe draws corn and soybean straight into the crushing chamber and discharges fine meal from a separate grain outlet, giving pigs and poultry the fine ration they need from the same unit.
"On a mixed farm, cattle, sheep and pigs often share the same yard," said a spokesperson for Zhengzhou Weiwei Machinery. "The 780-30 gives them one consistent, finely crushed feed: roughage turned into fine forage for the ruminants and grain into fine meal for the pigs, wet or dry, all year round.
