Wood only becomes useful once it is the right size. A trunk has to be split, a branch has to be chipped, and sawdust has to be pressed before any of it leaves the yard as firewood, animal bedding, board material or fuel. Weiwei Machinery builds a complete wood machinery range for each of these steps, so a small yard or a larger plant can put together a line that matches its own raw material — logs, branches, bamboo, board offcuts, palm leaves or crop stalks.
The line usually starts with size and shape. A hydraulic log splitter — available in a 7.5-ton model — opens dense logs for firewood or for feeding a chipper, and can be used horizontally or vertically on 220 V or 380 V. For green material the wood chipper is the workhorse: the MPJ-420 wood slicer runs on an 11 kW motor at 800–1500 kg/h in a 158 kg frame, while the WBC-400 takes on larger garden and log work and the SWC-400 is a small walking chipper for home gardens and pruning waste. Where branches and boards need shredding rather than slicing, the MFJ wood branch crusher does the same job from 11 kW up to 30 kW, reaching 2500–3500 kg/h on the MFJ-700.
Once the wood is chipped, the next machines decide how fine it becomes. The MFJ wood crusher (hammer mill) breaks logs, waste wood, bamboo, branches and straw in two stages — blade cutting plus high-speed hammer impact — and the DJM sawdust machine takes it further: the DJM-420 turns out 300–600 kg/h on 11 kW, while the DJM-600-70 with a dust collector pushes 1000–2000 kg/h on a 45 kW main motor. Not every customer wants powder, though. The MBJ-420 wood shaving machine cuts logs, twigs and furniture offcuts into flaky shavings that go straight to animal bedding or board production.
The last two pieces tie the line together. A dryer removes moisture before the material is pressed, and the wood pellet machine turns sawdust into dense biomass pellets for heating, boilers and power plants. The same output serves other markets as well: shredded wood becomes compost, mulch and organic fertilizer, while sawdust feeds paper mills, edible-fungus farms, and particle board, MDF and machine-made charcoal plants.
