The Model 200 is built around a 198 mm grinding disc with a 66 mm grinding length, spun at 1,400 r/min by a 2.2 kW single-phase 220 V / 50 Hz motor — the ordinary household supply found across the region. It weighs only 17 kg without the motor and stands 395 × 340 × 690 mm on its stand, so it fits into a corner of a shop or a courtyard. Fineness is controlled mechanically: tighten the adjustment nut for finer flour, loosen it for coarser meal, no tools or electronics involved. Fed dry, it mills maize, rice, beans, soybeans and herbs into flour; fed with water, it produces smooth wet paste for soymilk, rice cakes and bean cakes. Material must first pass through the toothed discs before it can leave the chamber, which is what gives the flour its even finish.
For this order the customer chose the standard blue-and-steel finish with the stainless steel feed hopper, but Weiwei Machinery builds the grinder to order: voltage and frequency, motor size (smaller 0.75–1.5 kW versions are available where power supply is weak), housing color and packing style can all be specified before production. The chamber opens with two hand screws for cleaning, and the grinding discs are a wear part that can be reordered cheaply, which keeps the machine earning for years.
