9ZP-0.4V Chaff Cutter: Square Hopper Design That Also Cuts Vegetables
The 9ZP-0.4V chaff cutter is a square hopper model newly developed by our factory. Besides straw, it adds a vegetable cutting function, so radish, sweet potato and similar crops can be handled on the same machine, and the cut material works as feed for chickens, ducks, geese and other poultry.
It runs at a capacity of 400-1200kg/h with 2.2-3kw supporting power. Material up to 15cm in diameter can be fed in, and the finished product comes out at 0.2-3cm, which suits both roughage and finer feed.
The raw material range is wide. The machine processes green storage feed and hard straw, wet or dry, and it also cuts potatoes, radish, sweet potato, cabbage and other tuber materials. One machine therefore covers daily straw work and seasonal vegetable processing without a second purchase.
It is widely used on small and medium-sized farms and in family raising of pigs, cattle, sheep, horses, chickens, ducks, fish, geese, rabbits and other poultry.
The cutter is driven by a motor, a diesel engine or a gasoline engine, and power reaches the main shaft through a belt drive. At the end of the spindle, a gear drives the other gears, the gearbox and the roller. Grass is pinched by the roller and enters the crushing room, where the blades and hammers crush it at high speed, and the material is finally blown out by the air flow.
