Weiwei Machinery builds the slicer in two sizes. The 40 model is driven by a 3 kW motor that can be wired for 220 V or 380 V, cuts 300-600 kg/h, weighs 100 kg within 1200x750x1000 mm, and carries four blades of 110x120x5 mm. The 60 model moves to a 7.5 kW, 380 V motor for 500-1500 kg/h, weighs 285 kg within 1200x700x1200 mm, and uses three heavier blades of 170x100x9 mm for dense roots and fibrous material.
Beyond medicinal herbs, the same machines are used to slice yam and other fibrous roots for food processing. Both models sit on open frames that are easy to clean around, and blade sets are available as spares.
