The base machine is the Weiwei Machinery 600-70 double-inlet sawdust machine. Two feed openings let one unit handle different raw material at once — logs, wood blocks and edgings through the main hopper, thinner branches and board scrap through the side port. A 45 kW three-phase motor (380 V, 50 Hz) drives the hammer rotor across interchangeable screens, producing 1000-2000 kg of clean sawdust per hour. The frame measures 2300 x 1630 x 1500 mm and weighs 700 kg.
The customized build changes everything after the rotor. Sawdust leaves through a bottom discharge outlet instead of being blown up a pipe, and an inclined belt conveyor carries it directly into a silo, a truck, or the feed hopper of a pellet line. The customer confirmed the layout on engineering drawings before production began. The gains are easy to count: 7.5 kW of fan power saved on every hour of running, no pipes or cyclone liners to replace, far fewer blockages, and a quieter, easier-to-maintain line.
