The flat die biomass pellet machine takes corn cob, soybean stalk, small wood chips, sawdust, straw, cotton stalk, rice husk, peanut shell, bamboo powder, palm shell, forage and other crop straw as raw material. The material needs to be crushed to a certain size first. After that it is ground and pressed by the flat die, and comes out as high-density pellets.
The pellets are a high-density biomass fuel and an ideal replacement for coal, natural gas, electricity and oil. They save energy and cut pollution emissions, which brings both economic and social benefits, and the machine itself is a clean, environmentally friendly and renewable energy machine rather than a consumer of fossil fuel.
Different raw materials give different finished products. Pellet length can be adjusted, and the die hole diameter can be selected to suit the job: the conventional sizes are 6, 8, 10, 12 and 15mm, and the larger the machine, the larger the pellet it can press. Because materials differ in hardness and fibre, the thickness of the die also has to be matched to the raw material. That point is worth confirming before ordering, since a mismatched die affects how the pellets discharge.
Biomass pellet fuel is a new type of bioenergy. It can replace wood, coal, oil and liquefied gas, and it is widely used in heating, domestic stoves, hot water boilers, industrial boilers and biomass power plants.
