This coconut shell crushing and screening line is supplied as one complete set, from the first feed point to the final graded output. Each unit passes the material to the next by belt conveyor, so the shell moves through the line without manual handling.
The line begins with a grab distributor, which feeds material onto the conveyor belt. From there the belt carries the shell to the sawdust crusher. The grab also keeps the feed even, so the crusher is not loaded in sudden batches.
The screen inside the sawdust crusher can be customized to suit the customer's target output size. The crusher is fitted with a pulse dust collector, a type that removes dust more effectively than a simple bag filter. That keeps the working area cleaner and reduces dust around the machine.
Once crushed, the shell travels by conveyor into a buffer bin. The bin holds a steady reserve of material, which smooths out the flow between crushing and screening.
From the buffer bin, a conveyor feeds the vibrating screen. Discharge from the screen is more uniform, and the final screening step separates out the size of material the customer actually needs. Oversize and undersize fractions are kept apart, so the output leaves the line already graded.
