The wood sawdust machine produces wood chips and sawdust in one continuous pass. Wood, branches, miscellaneous wood and board are fed in and come out as sawdust, so a single machine replaces the separate chipping and grinding steps. It is the special equipment for growing edible fungi and for producing particleboard, sawdust board, high-density board and biomass pellets.
The raw material range is wide. Logs, wood or board scraps, branches, shrub branches, bamboo, palm leaves, banana trees, coconut shells and crop straw can all be processed into sawdust and fibrous wood material, which means waste from the yard, the orchard and the workshop can all go into the same machine.
The machine comes in two feed designs. The stand-up model takes small wood, while the double-mouth model accepts full logs, so the choice depends on the size of material a customer handles most.
Inside the crushing chamber, 4 moving knives and 18 hammers work against 1 screen. The knives cut the material down and the hammers break it further, and the screen sets the final sawdust size. With an 11kw motor or 20HP engine and a capacity of 300-600kg/h, the machine suits farms, mushroom growers and small board or pellet plants.
