The Weiwei fish feed extruder delivers 300–350 kg/h of stable output. Inside, a built-in screw works with an extended screw sleeve so you can tune material temperature and torque during the run — the result is highly expanded pellets with a smooth, water-stable surface. The whole unit is a compact, skid-mounted frame with an adjustable-speed feeder that prevents choking and a soft-knife cutter giving stepless control of pellet length. Voltage is customizable to 220 V single-phase or 380 V three-phase to suit your site.
One machine covers a wide product range. The raw mash is conditioned and pushed through the screw; a changeable die template sets the pellet diameter from fry feed to adult-fish sizes, so you can produce floating feed (about 8–15% less waste than powder feed), sinking feed for shrimp and crab, pet feed, even fishing bait. The screw and sleeve are made of wear-resistant, high-temperature alloy steel and heat-treated for long service life, so day-to-day running stays low-maintenance.
