The unit weighs 280 kg with overall dimensions of 1850 × 960 × 1580 mm, mounted on a frame that can be moved around the yard. In operation, material is fed into the hopper and struck by rotating hammers against a screen, so the output fineness is set simply by changing the screen hole size — coarse for fuel, finer for bedding or substrate. Sawdust is discharged continuously from the outlet, and a cyclone or dust bag can be added to keep the workshop clean. Because the throughput is steady and the wear parts are standard, the machine keeps running through a long day of processing without special training.
