The 6130 is the largest towable model in the Weiwei branch-crusher range. A 32 HP water-cooled diesel engine sits on a 700 kg frame measuring 2,500 x 1,000 x 1,700 mm, and because the power comes from the machine itself there is no cable to run and no power point to find; tow it behind a pickup, start it with the battery and work on site. Car-grade 13-inch aluminium wheels and 165/70 tyres roll over uneven orchard ground and forest tracks, and a foldable hand-crank jack steadies the frame while it runs.
Feeding is what separates this machine from a hand-fed chipper. A hydraulic motor drives a 280 mm feed roller that grips the branch and pulls it into the cutting drum automatically, so no one has to push material toward the blade; hands stay clear of the cutting chamber and branches do not bounce back. The 300 mm drum carries three moving blades plus a fixed counter-blade and takes branches up to 15 cm thick. A 360-degree discharge chute with height adjustment aims the chips into a trailer or straight onto the ground, and the grouped control panel handles feed, reverse and stop, so a jam clears with one switch.
Chips from a 6130 are not waste. They return to the field as mulch and organic fertiliser, go to garden beds and tree bases, to edible-fungus growers, and to paper, incense, biomass-pellet and board plants, which is why landscaping contractors and pellet producers are its two biggest buyers. Zhengzhou Weiwei Machinery has built agricultural, animal husbandry and forestry machinery since 1980, and holds CE and ISO9001 certification; the 6130 is available with a diesel or an electric drive, and can be customised for power, colour and size. Tell us the branch diameter and the output you need, and we will confirm the model, or send you a video of the machine running.
