Weiwei Machinery's 250 seed breaker is built around a 250 mm breaking roller that cracks kernels evenly with low powder and low damage to the germ. A built-in vibrating screen then grades the broken from the whole, so you discharge two clean streams instead of one mixed pile.
The machine is belt-driven from an electric motor, with a diesel-engine option for workshops without stable power. The roller gap is adjustable for fine or coarse cracking, and the open frame with a pull-out screen makes cleaning between grains quick — valuable when you switch from maize to sunflower on the same day.
It suits grain-processing shops, feed stores, breweries and farms preparing their own animal feed. Zhengzhou Weiwei Machinery, founded in 1980 in Xingyang, Henan, builds grain and feed machinery to CE and ISO9001 standards. Send us the grain you process and your daily volume, and our team will recommend the right screen size and drive and quote — or open our homepage to see the full product range.
