WEIWEI Machinery has introduced its multi-function grain cracking machine — a compact, adjustable roller crusher that cracks and flattens corn, sorghum, barley, rice, oats, beans, peanuts and more for breweries, grain mills, food factories and farms. Built on more than four decades of Chinese manufacturing experience, the unit is engineered for high output with a small matched motor, making it a practical fit for small and mid-size processors.
Cracking grain before feeding or brewing unlocks nutrition that whole kernels waste: for poultry, livestock and aquaculture feed it raises conversion and cuts loss, while for breweries and distilleries evenly cracked malt and adjuncts speed up mashing and lift extract yield. A single machine covers all three jobs, and the crack size is steplessly adjustable via the handwheel — clockwise for coarser, counter-clockwise for finer — with an optional vibrating-screen version that screens out fine powder for a cleaner, more uniform product.
Six models are offered — 200, 250, 250 with vibrating screen, 350, 500 and 600 type — all sharing fluted, wear-resistant rollers running at 850 r/min on 3.5–11 kW motors, with the smaller four supporting a wide 220–380 V supply for easy integration abroad.
