The sunflower thresher runs at a capacity of 500 kg/h, weighs 80 kg including the power unit, and measures 1000 × 800 × 730 mm. It is driven by a 2.2 kW electric motor or a 6 HP diesel engine for areas with unstable power. Inside, three rubber-coated rollers rotate at high speed through belt transmission; sunflower heads fed into the enlarged hopper are rubbed until the seeds separate from the disks, the empty heads are thrown out along the sieve grate, and clean seeds fall naturally to the outlet.
Built with a simple belt-drive structure, spring-damping bearings and a copper motor, the machine runs stably, is easy to operate and suits both wet and semi-dry threshing in outdoor conditions.
