The line works as a closed crushing–pelletizing loop for animal feed. Raw materials are first crushed by the hammer mill into fine powder, elevated/conveyed to the pellet mill, and pressed into 2–8 mm feed pellets. Typical users: poultry farms, cattle & sheep ranches, rabbit farms, aquaculture and organic fertilizer pelletizing. It also suits biomass wood waste pelleting after swapping the die.
The 300-20 hammer mill crushes corn, soybean, and straw into fine powder by impact and shearing from its high-speed rotating hammers, with particle size controlled by a 2 mm screen. The crushed powder is then lifted and conveyed—via an optional auger or bucket elevator—into the pellet mill hopper.
Inside the 9KLP-230 ring-die chamber, the powder is forced by the rollers through the Φ230 mm die holes under high pressure and temperature, forming dense, uniform pellets. The finished pellets are then cut to length, cooled, and made ready for bagging or storage.
This 200kg/h small feed pellet production line combines our WEIWEI 300-20 hammer mill and 9KLP-230 ring-die pellet mill into one compact, easy-to-run unit. Both machines are built with Q235 steel frames and pure-copper motors for durability. The line needs no complex foundation, runs on standard farm electricity, and can be operated by 1–2 people. It is the most cost-effective entry-level solution for producing your own animal feed pellets.
Hammer mill is equipped with 9 high‑speed triangle hammers (80×75 mm) and a 2 mm screen (380×195 mm) to deliver fine and uniform grinding, and its housing is made of Q235 steel. The pellet mill adopts Φ230 mm ring die together with wear‑resistant rollers, fitted with pure‑copper main motor and stable pressing chamber to realize continuous pelleting.
Each unit is wrapped with protective film and packed in sturdy wooden case or carton. The packing dimensions are 750×360×450 mm for hammer mill and 1300×460×800 mm for pellet mill. Spare screens, tools and English operation manual are supplied together with the machine.
