The configuration is straightforward. A comprehensive wood crusher accepts raw material — logs, edges, branches, even fresh-cut wood — without pre-splitting, and hammers it into fine chips and sawdust. Instead of discharging into the open air, the crusher's outlet is connected by a sealed pipe to a cyclone: the airflow slows inside the cone and the sawdust drops down into storage or the next conveyor, while the cloth dust collection bags attached to the cyclone trap the fines. The result is a closed, continuous flow — no dust cloud over the workshop, less material loss, and a steady, consistent feed of sawdust for the drying or pelletizing stage downstream.
