Raw grain is tipped into the boot of the bucket elevator, the 2.2 kW motor drives the belt and the buckets carry it up the closed casing and drop it into the hopper of the 40-28 hammer mill. Inside the mill the rotor swings the hammers at high speed and the grain or straw is shattered against the screen until it is fine enough to pass through the 3/4/6/8 mm holes; the 2.2 kW fan of the pulse dust collector pulls the dust-laden air out of the milling chamber, the bags catch the dust and clean air is released, so the workshop stays clean. The meal leaves the mill and is picked up by the Ø165 screw conveyor, which carries it up and drops it into the twin-shaft paddle mixer. In the mixer the two paddle shafts turn in opposite directions, throwing the meal from the centre to the sides and back again, so meal, premix, minerals and vitamins are folded, sheared and blended into one uniform batch of 250 kg in a few minutes. The batch is released through the full-length bottom gate into the boot of the second elevator (or the mill feed hopper). In the 9KLP-300 the 22 kW motor drives the main shaft through the belts, the flat die turns and the three grooved press rollers roll over the material layer, squeezing it through the die holes; pressure and friction heat the meal to about 70 C, the starch gelatinizes, and the strands that come out under the die are cut to length by the adjustable cutter and thrown out of the discharge chute as hard, glossy pellets. The oil-pump cooling system keeps the die and rollers at working temperature during long runs.

This 1 t/h feed pellet production line is the basic configuration: crusher, elevator, mixer and pellet mill, no cooler and no bagging machine, so a farm can start making its own pellets with the smallest investment and add sections later. The 40-28 hammer mill takes maize, wheat, straw or corn cob and delivers 1,100 kg/h of meal through interchangeable screens, with a pulse dust collector and 2.2 kW fan keeping the air clean. A bucket elevator lifts the raw grain into the mill and a Ø165 screw conveyor carries the meal up to the mixer, so no manual shovelling between stages. The heart of the line is the horizontal twin-shaft paddle mixer: 250 kg per batch, 1.8 m3 barrel, 6 mm wall plate, 7.5 kW gear motor with a ZQ350 reducer, two counter-rotating paddle shafts that blend meal with premix, minerals and vitamins in minutes, and a full-length bottom gate that empties the batch completely. The 9KLP-300 flat die pellet mill then presses 800-1,000 kg/h with a 22 kW motor, a 300 mm die, three hardened grooved rollers and an oil-pump cooling system, cutting 3/4/6/8 mm pellets to the length you set. Every machine sits on its own skid, the line is laid out in a straight row or an L, and paint colour, voltage, die hole size, capacity and engine type can all be customized; a cooler, a bagging machine or a storage silo can be added whenever the farm grows.
