The machine is usually shipped as a whole, though some parts may be packed separately so that transport is easier. Please confirm on acceptance that the machine is complete and that no section has been left in the container or the truck.
Next, check the accessories against the machine attachment table. Every part listed there should be in the crate, and those parts are included in the price of the whole product, so nothing on the list is charged again. It is also worth looking inside the machine before the first run, because packing material, tools or other foreign objects left in the chamber can damage the rotor or the screen at start-up.
If the machine arrives damaged, talk to the carrier first and settle the matter with them. If that cannot be resolved, notify the agent or our company and we will take it up from there, so keep the packing and the photos of the damage ready.
