This dust-free self-priming pulverizer processes corn, rice, wheat, beans, sesame, chili, pepper and other cereals and seasoning materials. It grinds them into powder in a single pass, so the material does not have to be fed back for a second round. Grinding is fast, and the cyclone keeps the dust out of the working area instead of letting it settle over the floor and the operator.
Fineness is adjusted by changing the sieve for one with a different pore size. A finer sieve gives fine powder for seasonings and medicine, and a coarser one suits grain meal and feed ingredients. That one change is what lets the same machine serve several products.
The machine is widely used in aquaculture, in medicine and in commercial processing. Fish and shrimp farms grind their feed ingredients, the medicine trade grinds herbs and minerals, and shops run small batches of seasoning. Because the material is drawn in by suction, the operator feeds it without lifting sacks to the top of the machine.
The machine is built from six main parts: the cyclone, the pulverizing chamber, the self-priming inlet, the conveying hose, the frame and the motor. The motor drives the pulverizing chamber, the hose carries material from the inlet to the chamber, and the cyclone handles the dust-laden air coming out of it.
Power comes from the motor, which turns a crank through the drive. The crank moves a connecting rod, and the rod pushes the piston in a straight reciprocating motion. The downward stroke is the vacuum stroke and the upward stroke is the pumping stroke, and the two together make one pulse. Those pulses repeat, and each one pulls material through the hose into the pulverizing chamber.
