principle

The feeding port adopts an automatic feeding device. The wood is fed into the machine through the feeding port, and then sliced by the blade inside the machine, and then enters the screen to produce shavings of uniform size. The thickness of the shaving machine can be adjusted by itself.

Detail

The machine can process logs, branches, wooden boards and other wood into shavings, and the shavings produced are the same as those produced by furniture factories. The automatic feeding equipment greatly improves the production speed and saves time and manpower.

This machine is an equipment for automatically pulverizing and processing wood into shavings. After the raw materials enter through the feeding port, they first pass through the blade and are cut into the pulverizing chamber. They are pulverized by the impact of the high-speed rotating hammer and the appointment of the shearing knife. The wind generated by the blade is sent to the discharge port through the screen mesh or the external fan is pumped to the discharge port. The size of the shavings is determined by adjusting the length of the blade and the aperture size of the screen to meet various needs
