weiwei fish machinery,40-2000kg/h For high fish yields, feed is the key! Our self-developed fish feed extruder provides a one-stop solution for aquatic feed processing, problems like leftover feed waste, deteriorating water quality, and slow fish growth!
Instant high-temperature and high-pressure extrusion at 125-145°C over 90% starch gelatinization, completely inactivating pathogenic bacteria such as E. coli and Salmonella, and destroying anti-nutritional factors in raw materials. This makes the cleaner and safer, significantly reducing the probability of fish and shrimp diseases and directly halving farming risks
The finished pellets are round, smooth, burr-free, and crack-, supporting multiple specifications from 0.6mm to 20mm, and can produce three types of feed: floating, slow-sinking, and sinking. Floating feed stable for 12 hours without breaking apart, while sinking feed maintains its shape without disintegrating, making it easy to observe feeding behavior and preventing feed waste at the bottom and water.
The feed is thoroughly cooked with maximum palatability, leading to faster feeding and a 6%-15% increase in digestion and absorption rates for fish and shrimp, in faster growth and higher survival rates! One machine saves labor, raw materials, electricity, and water. It is suitable for both large-scale farming and small processing plants, easily reducing costs and boosting profits.
