At the heart of the machine is the XD025 vacuum pump, which moves 180 litres of air per minute and holds a stable vacuum of 50 kPa. The PLD pulsator opens and closes the silicone milk liners 64 ± 3 times per minute — close to the natural suckling rhythm of a calf, with a milking ratio of 53/47 in front and 60/40 in the rear — so the udder is emptied gently without hurting the teats. Milk flows into a 25-litre food-grade stainless steel bucket with a silicone seal. The single-bucket model runs on a 0.75–1.1 kW motor, the double-bucket model on 1.1–1.5 kW, both available in 200 V / 380 V.
