In operation, crops are fed in continuously and evenly. As the drum turns, its angled teeth rub, squeeze, collide with and shake the stalks against the screen, so the grains break free. Grains fall through the screen into the discharge hopper, where the built-in fan separates clean grain from chaff, blighted kernels and broken straw — with little loss and a high threshing rate — while the drum's centrifugal action throws the straw out of the machine. The large V-shaped feed inlet is widened and reinforced, so feeding stays smooth without clogging, and four strengthened bolts hold the inlet firmly in place.
Because every crop behaves differently, switching between crops is simple. For corn, the machine works with a 250 mm tower pulley and a dedicated corn screen, with the inlet and outlet gaps adjusted accordingly. For millet, an extra fine screen is added over the standard one. For grains with seeds larger than 8 mm, a matching screen is fitted. Turning the adjustment screws at the inlet changes the gap between the drum teeth and the screen to match the crop. A curved cover over the straw outlet blocks flying stalks and debris for safer operation. Power type, style, output, logo and color can all be customized on request.
