Zhengzhou Weiwei Machinery's ultra-fine grinder is built for about 1 ton (1,000 kg) of ultra-fine powder per hour. It is offered in two drive versions: a standard three-phase electric motor (around 4 kW for the 1-ton class) and a diesel-engine version for farms and sites without stable grid power. Inside, swinging hammers throw the material against a perforated screen; change the screen to set the fineness from coarse meal to ultra-fine powder.
The rotor is reversible. When one face of the hammers wears, run it in reverse to use the other face — that roughly doubles hammer life, and it reverses the feed path to clear a blockage without opening the chamber. A blower and cyclone pull the light powder out and drop it into a collector, keeping dust off the operator and out of the air.
It suits feed mills, flour and spice workshops, and farms making their own fine powder.
