The screen deck vibrates to stratify the pellet stream: fines fall through the mesh, on-size pellets ride over to the good-product outlet, and oversize is returned or rejected. A well-set deck gives you a clean cut at your target size — for example 3–8 mm for feed pellets, 6–10 mm for biomass — with near-zero pellet breakage. What leaves the screen is consistent, free-flowing, and ready to bag.
