Material that enters the chamber meets a 38 cm-diameter cutter head spinning at speed: a 27 cm main blade, six hammer blades and eight triangular knives cut and batter the material repeatedly until it is thrown against the outer screen. Anything larger than the screen holes is returned to the chamber until it passes — so the finished size is set not by guesswork but by whichever of the four screens (2 mm, 5 mm, 15 mm or blank plate) is fitted. Screens slide in from outside the chamber, so changing them takes moments and no material leaks out.
The machine stands 56 × 57 × 111 cm on a wheeled frame, with a 1 mm steel body on a 3 mm steel frame — light enough to move around the yard, tough enough for daily work. The arc-shaped discharge port (15 × 40 cm) throws finished feed out fast, and spring-loaded buckles let you open the chamber one-handed without tools for cleaning or screen changes. Driven directly by an electric motor, it starts instantly, keeps a steady pace and needs no belts to tension or replace.
