On the front panel, each section has its own labeled start and stop buttons — fan, airlock, main machine, auto feeder — together with a voltage meter, an ammeter and an emergency stop, so one operator can start the whole line in the correct sequence and watch current and voltage from a single spot. Inside the cabinet, contactors, circuit breakers and a frequency converter provide soft starting, speed adjustment and overload protection for each motor. Instead of two or three workers running between switches, one trained operator runs the entire line — labor cost drops immediately and start-up mistakes are designed out of the system.
