Mobile Milking Machine: Four Clusters, One Stainless Bucket, a Wheeled Frame You Can Push Between Cows — Weiwei Machinery
Update:2026-11-04 17:29:26    Views:
A cow gives her milk in roughly five minutes. Hand milking stretches that to ten or fifteen, because the hand cannot hold the same rhythm as a calf, and a cow that is not let down properly holds part of her milk back. On ten cows, twice a day, that is two hours of one person's time — and the bucket of milk is open to dust, flies and hair the whole while.
The mobile milking machine does the same job with a vacuum pump instead of a hand. The pump sits on the frame beside the motor and pulls vacuum through the clear hoses to four clusters. Four teat cups hang on a rail on the right of the frame, each with its own shell and liner, so one operator can attach and remove them without bending. A vacuum gauge on the frame shows the working level, and the pulsator — the small black unit above the bucket lid — alternates suction and release on each cluster so the teat is massaged rather than held under constant pull.
The milk goes straight into a stainless steel bucket with a sealed lid, not into an open pail. That single change is what most small dairies notice first: the milk is covered from the moment it leaves the teat until it is poured, so hair, dust and flies never reach it. The bucket lifts off the frame by its handle for carrying and washing.
The whole assembly sits on a stainless tube frame with two wheels and a push handle. That is the point of the design. A pipeline system is fixed to a parlour, and a parlour needs a building, a floor that drains, and enough cows to justify it. This unit rolls to the animal: into a stall, under a shed, out to a tethering post, back to the wash point. One machine covers a herd that is spread across several pens, and it can be shared between two smallholders who each keep a few head.
It also suits goats and water buffalo, which is where most of these machines end up in South Asia and Africa — the cluster size and the vacuum level are set for the animal, and the same frame carries either. Cleaning is gravity and hot water: flush the hoses and clusters through after each milking, wash the bucket, and leave the clusters hanging on the rail to drain.
Weiwei Machinery has built farm machinery in Zhengzhou since 1980, holds CE and ISO 9001, and exports to Africa, Southeast Asia, South Asia and South America. Tell us how many animals you milk, what they are, and whether you milk in a stall or at a tethering post, and we will confirm the cluster set and the motor for your power supply.
Send your herd size and animal type on WhatsApp and we will reply within 24 hours with the configuration, spare liner and teat cup pricing, and a delivered price. The full dairy and livestock range is on our homepage.
