The 300kg/h feed pellet production line is suitable for poultry, livestock and aquaculture farming, including chickens, ducks, geese, pigs, cattle, sheep, rabbits, fish, etc. It is ideal for family farms, small-scale farms and feed processing points, as well as rural breeding professionals and individual farmers. The line can process a wide range of raw materials such as corn, soybean meal, straw, rice husk, grass powder and grain husks, etc.

The entire process is a "crushing → mixing → lifting → granulation" procedure: The 300 self-suction type crusher sucks in the raw materials such as corn and straw without dust, and uses the teeth claws to crush them into powder; the powder is lifted and scattered by the spiral chopper of the 100 type vertical mixer, and then mixed evenly; the mixed powder is continuously transported by the green spiral conveyor to the hopper of the 9KLP-230 granulator; inside the granulator, the motor is driven by the gearbox to rotate the grinding disc, and the three pressure rollers repeatedly roll on the grinding disc, after the material undergoes high-temperature gelation and protein coagulation, it is squeezed into the mold holes to form cylindrical shapes, cut by the cutter, and thrown out by the centrifugal disc, obtaining smooth-surfaced and moderately hard granular feed.

This production line adopts a four-stage layout of "crushing - mixing - lifting - granulation": The 300 self-suction type crusher is dust-free and self-suction, and it produces powder in one step; The 100 type vertical mixer evenly mixes the powder; The green spiral lifter smoothly conveys the mixed powder into the granulator; The 9KLP-230 feed granulator forms the powder into cylindrical particles through three pressure rollers and wear-resistant grinding discs. The entire machine has a compact structure, occupies a small area, and is easy to operate. It supports customization with either an electric motor model or a diesel engine model. It is an ideal small-scale granular feed processing unit for rural farmers and small-scale livestock farms.

Pellet Mill Rollers
The rollers are made of alloy steel and treated through a quenching process, providing excellent wear and heat resistance. The 230 model adopts a three-roller design to achieve high pelleting and discharging efficiency.

Die Plate
The die plate is made of cast iron, with die-hole diameters selectable from 2.5 mm to 8 mm. It is commonly equipped with 4 mm and 6 mm holes to meet the feed requirements of different animals.

Feeding & Discharging
The feed hopper is enlarged to reduce the frequency of refilling, while the stainless steel discharge chute is fitted with a cutting knife that allows precise control over the pellet length.

Transmission
The drive system uses an automobile rear-axle type gearbox combined with a universal joint, ensuring stable transmission and strong adaptability to varying angles.

Crusher / Grinder
The crusher features a toothed-claw cast iron grinding chamber, a thickened dust-collection tank, a wear-resistant flexible hose, and a replaceable screen that adjusts the fineness of the output.

Mixer
The mixer is built with a pure-copper motor, thickened steel plates, a foot-pedal operated discharge gate, and dual vent holes for explosion-proof safety.

Packaging
The whole line is shipped in export-grade wooden cases that are sturdy and shockproof, making them well suited for sea freight and long-distance transportation.
