1) 9HLP-500 Vertical Feed Mixer (with lower-side additive hopper)

One continuous mixing - elevating - buffering - pelletizing flow. Ground grain is dumped into the 9HLP-500 vertical mixer, while premix, minerals, vitamins, probiotics or medication are poured into the additive hopper on the lower side of the cone, where a small screw feeder pushes them straight into the mixing chamber, so nothing has to be lifted to the top of the tank. The central screw turns at 400 r/min, lifting the meal from the bottom of the cone to the top of the barrel and letting it fall back along the wall; the material rises, falls and rotates at the same time, and 500 kg is blended evenly in about 15 minutes. The blended meal is discharged through the side chute into the inlet hopper of the Ø165 screw elevator, which lifts it to the top of the buffer bin and drops it in. The bin keeps a buffer stock, and the horizontal distributing screw underneath feeds the two 9KLP-260 mills continuously and evenly. In each mill the 15 kW motor drives the flat die through the belt transmission; the three grooved press rollers rotate on their own axes and roll repeatedly over the meal layer on the die, squeezing it through the 3/4/6/8 mm holes. The pellets come out of the die, are cut to length by the adjustable cutter, thrown out by the discharge chute, cooled and bagged.

This 500 kg/h farm feed pellet production line puts a 9HLP-500 vertical mixer, a Ø165 screw elevator, a buffer bin and two 9KLP-260 flat-die pellet mills into one compact, skid-mounted layout. The 9HLP-500 mixer is the heart of the line: a 4 mm steel tank and cone on a welded square-tube frame, a central screw running at 400 r/min, a 3 kW mixing motor, and a small additive hopper on the lower side of the cone so premix, minerals, vitamins or medication can be added without climbing up to the top - one batch of 500 kg is ready in 15 minutes. The Ø165 screw elevator is a sealed tubular auger with a 3 kW motor and a top handwheel tensioner; it never spills dust and lifts the meal to the buffer bin. The bin holds roughly 1.5 m3 and its horizontal distributing screw keeps both pellet mills fed, so the mills never wait for material and the operator can stop one mill for a die change while the other keeps running. Each 9KLP-260 is a disc-rotating flat-die mill: stainless steel hopper, three hardened grooved rollers, an alloy die with 3/4/6/8 mm holes, an adjustable cutter for pellet length, belt guard and four wheels for easy moving. The whole line is painted in baked blue enamel, needs only a level concrete floor, and colour, voltage, die hole size, capacity and the number of pellet mills can all be customized.
