principle
One continuous crush - lift - blend - pelletize flow. Forage, straw or grass is laid into the grass inlet of the 9ZRF-4.8, where the press roller clamps it and feeds it at a controlled speed set by the speed control lever into the guillotine knife; the high-speed rotating blades chop it, and the 40 hammers in the crushing chamber strike it a second time against the screen, after which the air flow throws the meal out through the shakelong (cyclone) discharge port. Grain goes in through the grain inlet or is drawn in by the grain self-priming inlet and crushed the same way, so forage and grain can be processed on the same machine. The crushed meal falls into the inlet hopper of the Ø165 screw elevator: the 3 kW motor drives the belt, the belt turns the screw, and the meal is carried up the sealed tube and dropped out of the top spout into the stainless mixer. There the rotor stirring rod keeps turning the material over - the batch is flipped, sheared and folded against the stainless barrel, so meal, premix, minerals and vitamins become one uniform mix, and the blend is released through the side gate into the elevator inlet to be lifted into the 9KLP-260 hopper. In the pellet mill the 15 kW motor drives the main shaft through the belt; the flat die turns and the three grooved press rollers rotate on their own axes, rolling repeatedly over the material layer and squeezing it through the die holes. Pressure and friction bring the meal to about 70 C, the starch gelatinizes and the protein coagulates, and the strands that come out of the die are cut to length by the adjustable cutter and thrown out by the discharge chute - cool them and the pellets are ready to bag or feed.

The 500 kg/h feed pellet production line is built from four machines that work as one: the 9ZRF-4.8 guillotine crusher, the Ø165 screw elevator, the stainless steel mixer and the 9KLP-260 flat die pellet mill. The crusher is the workhorse at the front - one 4.5 kW motor, a 1,930 mm long body on four wheels, a grass inlet for long forage, a grain inlet plus self-priming grain inlet, 6 chopping blades, 40 hammers and a shakelong cyclone outlet, giving 4-4.5 t/h of fine meal from straw, hay, grass, maize cobs or grain, far more than the pellet mill can take, so the operator can crush a whole day of raw material in one morning. The Ø165 elevator is a sealed tubular auger with a 3 kW motor and a top handwheel tensioner that lifts the meal without a speck of dust. The mixer is a stainless steel pan on a welded frame: a 3 kW gear motor under the barrel turns the rotor, 200 kg of dry material is blended evenly in minutes, and the side gate empties the batch straight into the elevator. The 9KLP-260 is a disc-rotating flat die mill - stainless hopper, three hardened grooved rollers, a replaceable alloy die with 3/4/6/8 mm holes, an adjustable cutter, a full belt guard and four wheels - pressing 500-600 kg of hard, glossy pellets per hour. Every machine is on castors, so the line can be set up in an L, a straight row or split into separate stations, and colour, voltage, die hole size, capacity, logo and engine type can all be customized.
