This 200kg/h feed pellet production line is designed for poultry, livestock and aquaculture farming, covering the feeding of chickens, ducks, geese, pigs, cattle, sheep, rabbits, fish and other animals. The entire process is a "crushing → lifting → granulation" procedure: The 300-20 hammer mill uses the high-speed rotating rotor to drive the hammer plates to break down the raw materials such as corn and straw. The fine particles pass through the sieve and are discharged; the crushed powder is continuously transported by the green spiral elevator to the hopper of the 9KLP-230 granulator; inside the granulator, the motor is driven by the gearbox to rotate the grinding disc, and the three rollers repeatedly roll on the grinding disc. After the material undergoes high-temperature gelation and protein coagulation, it is squeezed into the mold holes to form cylindrical shapes, cut by the cutter, and thrown out by the centrifugal disc, resulting in smooth-surfaced and moderately hard granular feed.
This production line adopts a three-stage layout of "crushing - lifting - granulation": The 300-20 hammer mill pulverizes raw materials such as corn, straw, and soybean meal into powder; the green spiral conveyor smoothly transports the powder into the hopper of the granulator; the 9KLP-230 feed granulator forms the powder into cylindrical particles through three pressure rollers and wear-resistant grinding discs. The entire machine has a compact structure, occupies a small area, and is easy to operate. It is suitable for rural farmers and small-scale livestock farms. Customized models with electric motors or diesel engines can be provided according to requirements.
Hammer mill: The machine features a thickened steel-plate painted housing with bottom caster wheels for easy movement. Thirty-six manganese-steel hammers deliver more uniform crushing, while the enlarged feed hopper and swap-in 2 mm / 6 mm screens let you adjust output fineness. A pure-copper motor resists heat and runs reliably over the long term.
Pellet mill: Quenched alloy-steel rollers are wear- and heat-resistant, and the three-roller design boosts discharge efficiency. The cast-iron die offers 2.5–8 mm hole sizes (commonly 4 mm and 6 mm), and the enlarged hopper paired with a stainless-steel discharge chute and cutter controls pellet length.
Transmission: An automotive rear-axle gearbox with a universal joint provides high transmission efficiency and smooth, stable running.
Packaging: Shipped in export-grade wooden crates that are sturdy and shockproof, well suited to sea freight and long-distance transport.
