The entire process is a two-stage "crushing - granulation" flow: The 300 self-suction type crusher utilizes the principle of negative pressure self-suction to draw raw materials such as corn and straw into the crushing chamber. The high-speed rotating teeth claws break and crush the materials into powder; the crushed powder is directly sent into the hopper of the 9KLP-230 granulator by the air flow of the fan; inside the granulator, the motor is driven by the gearbox to rotate the grinding disc, and the three rollers repeatedly roll and press against the grinding disc. After the materials undergo high-temperature gelation and protein coagulation, they are squeezed into the mold holes and cut by the main shaft cutter into the desired length, and finally are thrown out by the discharge disc to obtain smooth-surfaced and moderately hard cylindrical particle feed.
This unit adopts a two-stage integrated design of "crushing - granulation", consisting of a 300 self-suction pulverizer and a 9KLP-230 feed granulator. After the raw materials are crushed without dust in the self-suction pulverizer, the powder directly enters the hopper of the granulator through the self-suction pipeline, eliminating the traditional production line's steps of stirring and spiral lifting. The structure is more compact, occupies less space, and is easier to move. The 9KLP-230 granulator forms the powder into cylindrical particles through three rollers and wear-resistant grinding discs, with high forming rate and smooth surface. The entire machine is easy to operate and is suitable for rural farmers and small-scale livestock farms. It can be customized with motor models or diesel engine models according to the requirements.
